    Merry Christmas:

         Since win 10 was installed, I've NOT been able to connect to the internet.  I've exhausted ALL, repeat ALL online & local troubleshooting threads & now am turning to you.  Please tell me what inform you require from me & I'll be happy to assist you.  Thank you.

    Well start with a quick outline please, i.e. 'I can't get my network adaptor installed' or 'can't connect to wifi' or similar.

    Then from System Information (search start for System Information) go to "file" "save" and upload the saved file to OneDrive of similar and post a link to the shared file here (or just the text of the url if you cannot add a link)
