Normally, existing Word doesn't affect the use of other applications. Could you please provide the detailed messages or a screenshot about what you mean by "the outlook automatically got to closing sequence with the closing of the document" then
we can do further research on this?
Besides, to help isolate the issue, please check if there are any third party add-ins in Word or Outlook. You may try to
start the applications in safe mode and see if the issue persists.
