  • Hi,

The drivers for Apple computers are released by Apple itself. I suggest that you access Apple website and try to search driver for the audio device.

    http://www.apple.com/downloads/

Or you could contact Apple support for assistance.

  • Hi,

Is your audio device a on-board audio card? If so, It is best to try to download the driver from the motherboard manufacturer's website. You may tell us the model of the motherboard and we will help you to find.

  • Thanks,

Yes it's the built in Audio on an early 2006 Apple iMac, in the win 7 32-bit beta the sound driver downloaded

from M/S Update; however no such luck with the 64-bit one

  • I'm sorry, but I consider that a Cop Out, If M/S can provide the 32-bit driver through Windows Update, Then the same should should be true with the 64-bit driver. No wonder M/S is laying off 5,000 people, and Apple's Profits are UP.
