    Hi All,

    I have a public folder which receives all support call / help desk call email, now I'd like to know if there is a way to popup a message to let the user know if there is new item inside the Public Folder.

    What kind of popup are we talking here? Do you mean the notification like the Desktop Alerts in the outlook? If yes, please see this thread

    Yes, sort of, basically anything that is enough to make the user aware of new items would be good.
