Call forwarding not applied on the client

Question
-
Hi to all,
if I set a call forwarding for a user, I see the setting on the client for un instant (Yellow ribbon and the CFW indication in the botton of the client), and then disappear after 0.5 second.
The CFW remain disabled...
Also with sefautil I have the same behavior on the client.
Thanks for your feedback

Massimo

Hi boselli,
What is your Skype for Business environment, On-premise or Online?
What is your version of your client?
You could refer to this links:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn933896.aspx
I would like to provide you some suggestions:
1.Update the client version to the latest.
As far as I know, if you use a Basic version, this function is not supported.
2.Please also run this command “Get-Csvoicepolicy” in Management Shell on Lync server to check if “AllowCallForwarding” is true.
