We are in the middle of a CRM project and what we want to do is automatically generate a call list for our sales reps every Friday. That's fine and easy to do but what we would also like to do is at the same time automatically forward on the request to customers as an Outlook meeting request.
I can't workout how to achieve this.
We are using CRM 4 and Exchange 2007 if this helps.
Has anyone achieved this before?

Create an external development connecting to MSCRM via webservices and propagate MSCRM data periodically to Exchange with Exchange 2007 webservices. Every external contact represented by its e-mail address in Exchange call.
