IE11 only Printing File Locations, not URL RRS feed

  • This is annoying, it keeps on showing file:// instead of the webadress... is this not something Microsoft should have been able to fix by now ???

  • Hi,

    First, I suggest to reset the Internet Explorer in this way:

    1.Start Internet Explorer.

    2.On the Tools menu, tap or click Internet options. If you don't see the Tools menu, press Alt.

    3.In the Internet Options window, tap or click the Advanced tab.

    4.Tap or click Reset.

    Meanwhile, remove the printer from your computer and reinstall it in the following way:

    1.Open Printers by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clicking Printers.

    2.Click Add a printer.

    3.In the Add Printer Wizard, select Add a local printer.

    4.On the Choose a printer port page, make sure that the Use an existing port option button and the recommended printer port are selected, and then click Next.

    5.On the Install the printer driver page, select the printer manufacturer and model, and then click Next.
