File Explorer will not authenticate user for WD MyCloud file access?

    Hello,

I have a WD MyCloud network drive named "WD-3TB-007"

I have removed all passwords to MyCloud accounts.

I am unable to access the MyCloud files thru Windows File Explorer via a Microsoft.com user account.

The error reads that I do not have permissions.

I am however able to access the MyCloud files via file explorer from another user account on the same computer.

I have had this problem before with Windows 7 and 8.1

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I tried removing and reinstalling the network adapter drivers and network shares with no success. I checked the permissions in file explorer with no success.

I think that the Windows Security file that is storing the user name and password to access the network drive may be corrupt.

I can access the network drive from other user accounts on the same computer. I can also access the network drive from other windows computer in my home.

I can usually login as "Guest" with no password. Or as admin with a password.

The problem is not with the WD MyCloud network drive.

The problem is with "Windows Security" for "File explorer"

    How can I fix this?

    Here are the error messages:
