Server Unavilable for 1-2 users RRS feed

    I have a remote office connected via Site-To-Site VPN.  Randomly 1-2 users cannot access resources on our file and email server.  I have good ping from the terminal to the server and from the server to the terminal.  I can access resources on other servers without issue.

    Any ideas?

    I would investegate the WAN connection, it may be to small, what size WAN connections are you using

    This might be a DNS issue, can the users affected resolve the servers' host name to an internal IP address?

    Did the same user always cannot access resources?

    Which ways did user use to access resources?

    Please ensure your bandwidth usage is correct.
