     I am facing lot of problem in outlook 2016

    Could you please tell me what specific problems you are encountering?

    When you search in Sent Items folder, the messages in the results are displayed multiple times，right? If this is the case, please check if you indeed have multiple copies of each email in the Sent Items folder. If so, you might have saved a extra copy of the sent items. Please go to File > Options > Mail > Save messages > Uncheck "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder".

    Besides, what's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?
