list with contacts get their other details in another collumn is that possible ? RRS feed

    Ok well if i created a list containing a group of people.
    So I added a collumn "person" with contacts items, i set these contact style to show their face picture.
    Within that view you dont see someone's phone number.

    how could I add next to it a column based on this first persons column to show their phone number ?
    So that they fill in automatically ?

    Hi,

    You can carry out the same in number of ways. Here the ways:

    1. Create a timer job tht updates such details to your list.

    2. Create a list event receiver tat populates the details like phone number when a new number is added.

    3. You cab create  a console application and run it through the scheduled jobs.
