Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi guys,

I need some help with this event IDs.

Event ID 64 is clear - expired certificate. The problem is that the computers already have new certificate from the CA but some of them keep the old one. So can I just remove them from the Certificate Store on the computers or should I check something before?

Event ID 77 - this one is strange for me. It is a warning and in the same time I don't see something suspicious: The "Windows default" Policy Module logged the following warning: The Active Directory connection to <Domain Controller Name> has been reestablished to <Domain Controller Name>. We have 4 DCs. Should I check something or I could just ignore these messages.

Event ID 1008 - "Certificate Services Client: Credential Roaming will not be performed because the number of tokens in the Local Store has exceeded the limit." - I've checked some articles about Credential Roaming but I'm not sure what should I do.

If anyone could give some tips and answers, it would be great. Thanks in advance.
