  • Hi,We are facing an strange issue now, it is affacting almost all of our users.

    The emails only shows in OWA and mobile but doesn't show in Outlook. Recreating outlook profile will work for a while and the issue comes back the next moring.

    After so much gooling nothing useful is found. So please help me on this.

  • That happens to us a lot.  Probably a corrupted ost file.  Try deleting the ost file and let Outlook rebuild it.
    or doing following.

    Please click File > Options > Advanced, under Send and receive, please make sure "Send immediately when connected" is checked.

    If the issue persists, please confirm if your mailbox or OST file is too large in Outlook. If that is the case, please clear unwanted messages in mailbox to reduce the mailbox size. 
    Additionally, please set the cached Sync Slider to All in Outlook:
    File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Change, set Mail to keep offline to All.

    And try to update your outlook.
    File > Office Account > Update Options -> Update Now

    Is this a problem that has only recently occurred? If so, what specific operations did you do before this problem occurred?
    What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

    According to your description, it seems that there are users who can use Outlook client normally without any issue. Please try to compare the Outlook version between these users and those who have issues to see if there is any difference.

    Does "the emails not show in Outlook" you mentioned means that Outlook client will not receive new messages? If so, please check if you can send messages normally when the issue occurs.
    Can you find those ”not shown” emails via the search box in Outlook desktop client?
    To check if your issue is related to you email account,  it is suggested to use other personal email accounts and see if there is any difference.

    In order to conduct further researches on your issue, please try the following suggestions:

    1. There could be some add-ins in your Outlook client that cause this issue, so it is suggested to start your Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type “outlook /safe”, press Enter.) and see if the issue continues.
    2. Antivirus software and other programs may corrupt files related to Outlook and cause issues like this. Please try exiting the antivirus software and other programs to see if the problem can be resolved.
    3. Network environment may cause similar problems. It is suggested for you to switch to other Network environment and see if this issue can be reproduced.
