Outbound call quality very bad for the 1st 10-15 secs. RRS feed

  • All the outbound calls made by one particular is very poor for the 1st 10-15 secs and gradually it clears up. What could be issue.

  • So as you mentioned its only for one user that we face ? Did you try switching different machine and network  like LAN/WIFI etc. You can also  check if any other person also experiencing the same issue from the location to isolate with respect to the network.
