Exchange 2010 DAG location RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

Can someone please let me know how specify where the DAG DB gets replicated to? I want to add the DB onto a new server but I do not want this to go to a pre defined drive I have ready for it.

    Thanks

  • Hi

It will go to the location which has the same drive letter and path as the source database.

  • All copies of a database use the same path on each server containing a copy. The database and log file paths for a database copy on each Mailbox server must not conflict with any other database paths.
