  • is it possible to configure in Lync the following:

     

    - Response group with number of waiting?

    - Invalid input or no input received by prompting the user?

    sorry, this cannot be done in RGS. All the features your looking for are featurs of Professional Contact Center solution.

    If your interested in, i've add a URL below of a Windows Server based call center product that has all the features that u want and many other interesting features as well.

    As Thamara said there is no such a function in Response Group out of box,however Lync server provide varies APIs such as Lync server SDK/UCMA 3.0 for customer to developing some features according to their orgnization's request,you can get more information here.

  • Hi,

    you need to elaborate on "Number of waiting" what? if you mean the Queue time that a caller puts on hold, then yes. You can configure this and also configure Queue time out treatments as well

    About the Invalid input, if there's an invalid input, it'll repet the prompt once again. It will not say that it's an invalid prompt. Same goes for the no input also.

  • I mean the number of caller in the queue, so you can play a prompt "there is one caller waiting  before you call will be answered"
