    Hi Guys,

    I need to find a solution that will permit to users to have access to a list of external contacts that can't be in the GAL. They must be accessible from blackberry too.

    Any idea?

    I thought about crm solution... but i'm not sure it will be the best.

    Public Folders.
    If you are using a BES 5.x then you can sync a Public Folder contact list to the Blackberry devices.

    Otherwise a CRM is your only option, and you would need something that has a Blackberry interface.
