I hope someone can help with this but we're having inconsistent choppy audio calls when there's an external caller/callee and a user who is part of either a hunt or an interactive group.
It does not appear to be any specific groups in particualr and some calls can go through jsut fine on occasion with no issue when exactly the same group/caller make the same connection.
We're currently running Lync 2010 with a Front End, Edge, and SBA set up for Boston
The SBA is set up as a branch Site For London as that was rolled out before we had the servers set up in Boston.
We've tried assigning the same DDI's to individual users and there appears to be no call quility issues bu tthen again with the groups, you could have four good calls then it happen again.
Originally when this was first noticed we had dynamic memory set up for the lync servers as they;re virtual machine but they all have static memory of 16gb each set.
All servers, sba and the sonus 1000 gateway have been restarted with no change in the issues.
Looking at the Monitoring Server Reports for te main group we've been testing, all calls appear to connect fine witha green status with Diagnsotic ID's of mainly 24024
and 10027 and a few
10026.
Any help with this would be great and can give any more information need.
