  • Question

  • Guys, please help me on this topic,

WE have microsoft 365 cloud exchange configured on the laptops, and one of the laptops is been re-installed with new windows and had to reconfigure the Outlook with 365 email account, I have added and configured the email account properly, but it doesnt update the folder/ it doesnt do the send or recieve nor the emails wont come automatically unless I close and open the outlook, please help me on this, i have gone through lots of online queries, and they have been telling me that we need to re assign the send or receive group and I did that , removing and creating new profiles changing the profile, and did most of the things I can and still the result is same.!!

please do let me know wht else I should try to rectify this issue,
