App-V 5.0 integration with SCCM 2007

Hi,

I have to integrate SCCM 2007 with App-V 5.0 but SCCM 2007 does not recognize the file formats of App-V 5.0.I have read that we can deploy App-V 5.0 packages with SCCM 2007 using Virtual MSI method. Can anyone explain how to do that?

I'd perfer some custom powershell commands over App-V's MSI, since the MSI is very limited (can't apply deployment nor user configuration, can't create connection groups and some others)
