Getting "splwow64.exe - bad image" RRS feed

    I recently upgraded to Windows 7 from XP and seem to now have an ongoing problem when I try to print sometimes but not always.  The error message above also refers to "z:\ricdeb.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error...."  I tried checking for this error on the open forum and found a number of users had the same issue but I didn't see where they found a resolution.  Thanks

    Try reinstall the printer driver to the latest one.

    Also go to the Event Viewer, check the detailed error information.

    In addition, what did you want to print? A word file? Or print from some third-party software? If you print from some other program, reinstall it and see the result.
