We are having issues with transferring calls directly to another user's voicemail.
When you are transferring a call, you have the ability to spell a person's name on the CX600, open the contact record which displays the user's name, and then transfer the call directly to that user's voicemail. This is working great. However,
if you enter the user's extension, the phone number will normalize to +1 (402) YYY-YYYY X12345. If you open that record, there is no option to transfer directly to the voicemail. This leads me to two questions:
1. Is it possible to have the voicemail transfer option when entering a user's extension?
2. Is it possible that when you type in a user's extension number, the directory would show the name of the person with that extension instead of just the normalized number?
