UM issues after TLS 1.0 is disabled RRS feed

  • I am running Exchange 2013 CU 20.  After disabling TLS 1.0 everything works fine with the exception of trying to view/manage UM PINS or setting from EAC.   Happens for all mailboxes, from mutltiple workstations, by all admins.

    Log error:

    UM can't save the Call Data Record message to the EDiscovery mailbox. More information "The number of call data record messages being processed in the Unified Messaging pipeline has exceeded the maximum limit. Please check whether the EDiscovery mailbox with DistinguishedName CN=SystemMailbox{e0dc1c29-89c3-4034-b678-e6c29d823ed9},CN=Users,DC=meemic,DC=ins or MailboxDatabase CN=ExchangeDB01INT,CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=MEEMIC,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=meemic,DC=ins is down.".
