Project server 2013 not importing email addresses for new users RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have managed to set up Project Server 2013 and when it comes to setting up users i ran into a problem.  Click on new resources and then tick the box that says "link this to an account" enter the username and the full details of that person appear.  The full name and the email address are imported from Active Directory.  When I then click on save to create that user the email address disappears. 

    This only occurs on 5 users and all of the others work fine.  I have tried to synchronize directly from Active Directory group and its the same result.


    Once the user has been imported you are not allowed to edit the email address so the only option is to delete the user and try again.  I have done this several times, checked Active Directory, reset the server and checked connectivity throughout. 

    Anyone have any idea?

  • In addition. the 5 users all have an associated email address within their AD account and it is listed within the attribute Proxy Addresses also
