Signing into Microsoft Solitaire Collection RRS feed

  • I just tried to sign into Microsoft Solitaire Collection app. I get a message that the file is corrupt and to contact the Microsoft support team.  I have rebooted my PC and get the same message. What do I do?

  • Click Start > Settings > Apps, scroll down to Microsoft Solitaire Collection in the list, click it to select it. Then choose Advanced options. If it has a Repair try that first, if not the Reset. If neither Uninstall the reinstall from the Store (check you Store works ok before Uninstalling)

  • Your Solitaire Collection should be broken, uninstall it from Start menu, then download and install it from Store.

    When you login Store to download it, you should sign into Microsoft Solitaire Collection
