    Hi,

    I am having plenty of important email messages in Outlook. Currently, I am using Outlook 2010. I need to save all my email messages on my laptop. Please suggest some way. I want to save my emails because they are of urgent importance and I will be needing them in the long run. Please suggest some solution.

    either use a backup application to backup the outlook

    Or

    Drag and drop individual emails to a folder and then backup that folder.

    Hi ExchangeITPro,

    Please tell me that where I can locate the email folders on my local machine. I can save them in folders but for that, firstly I need to locate them. I am not able to locate them so please help me out with this issue.

    configure outlook in your account and save the mails by creating pst in your laptop

    creating pst

    go to new items-->in that more items-->Outlook Data File

    yot can choose your deffered location and can save your mails
