Unable to send mail to different domain RRS feed

  • we currently are under domain like abc.com unable to send mail to different domains. it starts from google gmail.com all settings seems to be good from our end. all mxrecords are in place. suggest me the network point of view or wireshark analysis to be done. like retriving smtp_server_@abc_com.pcapng file.

    Firstly check if you are on a blacklist, you can use mxtoolbox.com for that.

    Was it working and stopped working? Other records like SPF and DMARC in place?

    Can you telnet out on port 25?

    Any modifications to the send connector?

    Except above suggestions, when sending a mail failed, did you get any NDR message ? If so, please post the NDR message here, that would give us more clues to help troubleshoot the issue.
