  • Email notifications not workinig in SCSM 2012, i checked SMTP server is working,  notifications from SCSM are not working. Kindly assist me pls

  • Which notifications do not work? You can send a notification, when a member of the class is created or updated.

    We have the problem, that notifications on updated members do not work after installing microsoft hotfixes to our servers.

    I solve this by opening one notification and save it. That's all.

    Then SCSM sends all pending notifications and all new ones.

  • Can you see if the subscription is triggering by finding it in workflow status tab?

    That will help you identify if it's SCSM not generating the email or something to do with your SMTP. Also check the event log.
