As you know, the recommended hardware in the official document are not requirements, but they reflect the requirements necessary for optimal performance.
In your environment, if possible, I suggest you follow the requirements in the official document, as Microsoft have done performance testing on the hardware. And according to the official document, If you decide to try using less powerful hardware than what you see listed here, please be aware that you may face functionality problems or poor performance.Best Regards,
