Extract PST location by scripting

Hello,
I am using Outlook 2016 (32bit) in my company, in order to manage who is using PST, I want to extract Outlook setting (PST location) via scripting.
I found a registry but it seems random key (below underlined).
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1844237615-823518204-725345543-3775\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Profiles\2\4607f0008e79894981efdc04aad1d877
The name of value seems being fixed: 001f6700
Location information is stored as binary. (It can confirm by double click the Value and it can be read in editor)
How can I find the definition of the Registry (seems random) Key programmatically ?

I have no idea how we can find the definition of the Registry Key programmatically. Since this forum is for non-programming questions and feedback related to Microsoft Outlook, if you want to do this programmatically, I'd recommend you post a new question to the dedicated Outlook for Developers forum:
