ADFS Functional Level

I have seen several conflicting articles about the functional level of ADFS. What FBL should Server 2016 be? I want to verify that this information. What functional level should we be at? What is the highest FBL we can be at on Server 2016?

You should be at level 3 (assuming you want to take advantage of v3 features)
