    I have been trying to contact my son's high school for over a month and keep getting them kicked back with this error. I've actually walked into the Admin office (Nov. 14) and handed them copies of all the kick backs and they tell me it's the spam software, which I don't contest. I told them other school's I've emailed returned my emails too but they state it's because of the spam filter, not that the "mailbox is unavailable".

     

    Does anyone have any info I could arm myself with as far as the technical side of spam filters and what I could suggest the "IT" people do so parents could use the email contact info they have on their website.

    What's the vesion of the Exchange that you have? Or the email that you own is belong to the third party email server?
