Did you view SD card of cameras in PC?
Are there any errors when you download photos if you could see SD card of cameras?
By this issue, we suggest you re-install the driver of cameras on this PC to check if the issue persist.
Then login PC with another account to check if you could download photo.

If the issue persist, please contact the vendor of cameras to get help.
