    I need help. up to about several week ago I was always been able to download my photos from my cameras removable disk into the portal of my computer. Now it won't

    Thank you for your question.

    Did you view SD card of cameras in PC?

    Are there any errors when you download photos if you could see SD card of cameras?

    By this issue, we suggest you re-install the driver of cameras on this PC to check if the issue persist.

    Then login PC with another account to check if you could download photo.

    In addition, please do a clean boot by the following link:

    If the issue persist, please contact the vendor of cameras to get help.
