  • Hi,

We need this entire minidump file for analyzing. Would you please upload it to OneDrive and share with us?

Moreover, if you suppose that this issue is related by Windows updates. Please open Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and select View Installed Updates to see which Windows updates are you installed.

  • It seems like that the machine is configured with minidump, for maximum information here kindly configure it for kernel memorydump. For that please follow the following steps. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. Click the Advanced tab. Click Settings under the Startup and Recovery area, and then select Kernel memory dump under Writing debugging information. Click OK two times. After that reboot the machine and when there is a blue screen next time let me know I'll analyze it and let you know.
