  • Just because I am nosy: What is the reason to send the resolved email with a delay of 8 hours?

    One option could be:

    • Extend the incident with properties "ResolvedAt" and "ResolvedMailSend"
    • Create a workflow with a PowerShell script to write a timestamp to the "ResolvedAt" property -> trigger condition of the workflow should be "On Update", before "Status not equal Resolved" to   "Status equals Resolved".
    • Create a second workflow triggered by a schedule with a PowerShell script to send a notification if "ResolvedAt" is 8 hours before now and "ResolvedMailSend" is false. Set the "ResolvedMailSend" property to true in this script (otherwise it will send a notification every time).

    This is just a raw idea.

    Hope this helps.

  • You could use a "Periodically notify when objects meets a criteria" Subscription and config as follows:

    Status -> Equals -> ‘Resolved’

    OR

    Status -> Equals -> ‘Closed’

    AND

    Work Item -> Resolved Date ‘Is less than or Equal to’ -> Relative -> [Now-480m]

    Then just set to notify once.

    Thanks
