I want that people who have abc.local domain should not be able to send email to external domains;e.g hotmail; yahoo or others.

  • Hi,

Create a transport rule that deletes all e-mails sent by users with the local smtp address and meant for external users.

  • Thanks for the reply,

I have 2010 running in in high availability with DAG; and I don't have Edge Transport configured; using HUB / CAS for email delivery; do you think it will work?

  • Hi,

Yes, that should still work. I do however recommend that you test it properly before you set it into production - so that the rule doesn't remove too many messages.
