Active Directory group authorised to manage Appv (5) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    Should the above belong to     Security Group - Global?

    Although I can see all the virtual apps that I've published,

    Another user on the same domain can't see any of the published apps.

  • Hello,

    If using the App-V 5 Management Server - you need to assign the applications AD entities to be able to access them and the user needs to be part of those AD entities.

    Such as;

    A group named AppV_Firefox

    and the user is a member of that group

    and the application is assigned to that group

    I have no idea what you have done, as you have not shared anything relevant - such as what type of infrastructure, how you set it up, how you configured your applications and much more.
