redirect 301 page in sharepoint 2010 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have to implement redirection logic on sharepoint webpages to other pages by using

     <meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=http://www.yoururl.com">

    our site is live on Production server. pages created are simple webpages not webpart pages.

    Could you please let me know how can i achieve this.

    Please note I dont have option of add web part on my page. 

    Please note i am not allowed to use sharepoint designer

  • You need to be able to do one of those two things in order to implement this. Have your admin help you out either by adding that to a Content Editor Webpart or via Designer.

    I suggest you contact your administrator to add redirection code in the page.
