A solution to the installing problem of the downloaded Microsoft Office professional plus 2013

  After spending hours over about 4 days in trying to install the downloaded Microsoft Office professional plus 2013 by trying solutions posted, unfortunatelly, the problem was not solved through the so many detailed to death, of course I did not try all; it's ridiculous for  microsoft customers to go through that for a used to be simple matter! so I decided to make a copy of the software on a DVD; and that solved the problem, I just clicked on setup, and that's it. I hope that post will be of any help in that matter.
