When a user opens a OneNote in a browser. He see's an error message 'Sorry, we ran into a problem'. RRS feed

  • Only single user in our company receives this error message. It works fine for every one expect one user.

    Did below troubleshooting :

    1. Cleared the browser cache.

    2. Removed all the Microsoft credentials from the credential manager.

    Error on browser version.

    Error on desktop version.

    Any idea's to fix this issue?

  • Hi,

    What version of Windows are you running, to find this out press the win key and r at the same time to bring up run, then type winver into the run dialog then press ok then take the details of the is version.

    Post result here please.

    Even I have the same version of Windows. It works fine for me.

  • Hi All,

    I have the latest 1909 update using the Windows preview ring and it works for me.

    I used to get this issue a lot please make sure you have reset the account to make sure this account is not right.

    Also delete the local profile off of the other pc where your user is getting the issue.
