My keyboard doesn't work with any Office application RRS feed

  • Hi

    I'm running Windows 10 and Office 2010 on a Thinkpad. The keyboard works absolutely fine on all other applications, including online and native (such as Stickynotes) - but is completely non responsive on Office, including Word and Excel. 

    I've checked in the control panel that the keyboard is set up correctly to UK specification.

    Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you :-)

    Does this issue continue if we try to use an external keyboard?

    Basically, this issue may occur if Microsoft Office is not activated. Are you using a trial version of the software that has now expired? To verify whether your Office 2010 is activated, go to File > Help, at the right side pane, it will show you whether your Office is activated. If your Office is not activated, please check the article given below on how to activate Microsoft Office:
