My Incidents View Pulling Wrong Username RRS feed

  • I have a user that got married and changed her name. When using the Assign To Me task, it was not sending out the notifications. I removed a second Config Item for the user, so now there is only the correct one in SCSM. She can now use the Assign To Me task, and gets the notifications. When she goes tothe My Incidents view however, the incident is not displaying there. The view is set to pull incidents where the username is equal to "me." Obviously the "me" is not seeing the right username, but I do not know where to correct that...
