Computer : Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

The Job is to replicate the site modification from an location to another location in different domains sever (But the 2 domains are trusted in two way)

and the test job succeded . but when i run the job to replicate the site, the below error appear.

Content deployment job 'siteJob' failed.The remote Web service request failed with this message:'Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E14'; Details: '<detail><errorstring xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/CmsPublishing/soap/">Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E14</errorstring><errorcode xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/CmsPublishing/soap/">-2147217900</errorcode></detail>'.

how i can solve this problem ??? help plzzzzzzz

This issue can be resolved by deploying either a Post SP1 fix or
deploying the Infrastructure Update; Feb CU can also be deployed:

Dear Raj,

Would you please answear on this question ...

1- The instalation of the WSS 3.0 hotfix has not affect to my database or any backup site on my Server ??? (I have 12 Site on my server replicate on 12 site on the second server and running after midnight by the content deployment Job but after two days all jobs failed and give the above error )

2- The instalation of WWS 3.0 hotfix has to be installed on the 2 Servers and for more information the First server (Windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise ) replicate on the second server (Windows server 2003 R2 Enterprise )

And Would you please provide some more link on the WWS 3.0 hotfix instalation step by step.
