how to remove outlook meeting entries of deleted mailbox RRS feed

  • User left the company and mailbox has been removed already.

    That user has booked many meetings with many end users.

    Now how we can cancel those meeting entries, which has been booked by the deleted user?

  • If the organizer has booked a meeting room, the meeting rooms will need to be cleaned up as well. The easiest and cleanest way is to restore the mailbox, and send out cancelation messages. Then it removes it from both recipients and meeting rooms.
