After I try to enable them they are disabled again and  impossible to enable them. Reset of the internet explorer didn't solve the problem. • Hi,

    Did this issue occur before?

Please try to follow this article to troubleshoot the issue with IE8:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378

If it doesn’t help, try to create another administrator and login to see if the same issue occurs.

Furthermore, you can temporary remove IE8, and use IE7 for test.

  • Hi Leo,

Reset of the IE 8 didn't help.

I did uninstall and ran IE 6 - Yes streamer toolbar was enabled but Flash player was still disabled.

I cannot use IE 6 because Youtube do not support this old version anymore (so I can see the Yes streamer toolbar but probably I cannot use it for sharing video files from Youtube...)

If I reinstall IE 8 again all the add ons are totally disabled.

What else I can do? I don't have time to reinstall Windows.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

The issue might be caused by incompatible add on for IE8.

I suggest to update Flash Player to the latest version for test.

If the issue persists, you can also try to create another administrator account and login to see if the same issue occurs.

    Regards,
