Cannot connect two different Windows 7 (Home & Pro) computers using a crossover Ethernet cable

    Question

  • Hi, I'm trying to connect a PC with Windows 7 Professional with another with Windows 7 Home Premium using an Ethernet cable.

    PC - 1

    • IP Address - 192.168.0.1
    • Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0

    PC - 2

    • IP Address - 192.168.0.2
    • Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0

Restart, but nothing happens, no connection between them. Anyone can help me?

    Thanks!
