  • From the mran.Microsoft.com download page:

Microsoft R Open 3.3.1 is coming August 25th. This release focuses on quality and reproducibility, including:<small>
    • Newly bundled packages: RODBC, foreach, iterators, and doParallel
    • A snapshot date of July 1, 2016
    • An improved OS X package install/uninstall
    • MKL now bundled with Microsoft R Open on Windows & Linux
    • A fix for bug that sometimes stopped RStudio Server from finding Microsoft R Open on Linux
