• Question

  • I have installed Windows Steady State and I was tinkering with it (and came to the realization that I could not use it for my necessities).  I tried to uninstall it, and after I do, I cannot copy things to my desktop; it tells me I do not have permission to do such things.  I can reinstall it, and nothing happens... I would really like to uninstall it and be able to fully use my OS, as I am the Administrator of the PC.
Thanks for any and all help,

Hi nkt09, before removing Windows SteadyState, please make sure you have unchecked all the restrictions in it on all users. Also, please make sure those users are unlocked. After that, you can try again and see the result. Hope this helps!
