    I don't quite understand the problem description here. How exactly did you move your message item? By using the Move option from the right-click pull-down menu?

    Also, what type of email account do you use (POP, IMAP, MAPI or Exchange)?

    Did you see the duplicated folders in your Navigation Panel in Outlook?

    If you are using an Exchange account, try to remove and re-add the account into Outlook. This won't delete any of your emails, as all your data is stored on the server side.
