  • Hi Imran,

    Did you configure the alternate access mapping for your web application where the URL was used?

    I recommend to configure the alternate access mapping for the corresponding web application with the URL to see if the issue still occurs.

  • Usually these are health monitoring done by your load balancer if you have multiple front ends.

    How to filter these out?   That is another question.

  • Hi Victoria,

    It worked for me. However only on APP server. When I try to access the site on WFE server all I get is prompting of windows credentials. Do you know what it means?

    It also happens when I access the Central Admin in WFE only. All Site collections and CA are accessible in APP server.

    Do you have any clue regards this?
